The art of baking a Birthday Cake
Today is my Darling Husband's Birthday and his favorite cake is Carrot Cake, so naturally I wanted to make him the best darn carrot cake ever. I searched several recipes and settled on a Cooking Light Sheet Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing. The only thing standing between that delicious cake and our mouths was the small, tiny little fact that we don't have a food processor and I had no clue how to "shred" carrots. Then along came google and told me that all I need is a box grater, which is one thing this Domestic Diva (cough, cough) has.
